Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Marketing: Design engaging, trend-setting graphics for social media campaigns, websites, high-converting advertisements, and marketing materials.

Branding & Identity: Create unique logos, corporate identities, brochures, banners, posters, and other vital visual assets that elevate brand value.

Team Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop innovative creative concepts from scratch.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce strict visual guidelines to ensure seamless branding consistency across all creative outputs.

Design Iteration: Edit, revise, and elevate existing designs based on client feedback or internal team reviews.

Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest design trends, software tools, and modern industry standards.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a highly creative agency role.

Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and other industry-standard design tools.

Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing outstanding creativity, professional design work, and successful branding projects.

Core Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, advanced color theory, precise visual hierarchy, and clean layout design.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional creative thinking combined with a sharp eye for pixel-perfect detailing.

Execution: Ability to manage tight deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
