Key Responsibilities

Video Editing: Edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, advertisements, promotional campaigns, corporate videos, and branding projects.

Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, and animations using Adobe After Effects to enhance video content.

Videography Support: Collaborate with the production team during video shoots and assist with videography when required.

Color Grading & Audio Enhancement: Perform color correction, color grading, audio synchronization, sound enhancement, and final video optimization.

Creative Storytelling: Develop visually engaging narratives that align with brand identity, campaign objectives, and audience expectations.

Content Optimization: Format and optimize videos for multiple digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, photographers, marketers, and branding teams to execute creative campaigns effectively.

Project Management: Manage multiple editing projects, maintain organized project files, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing and videography.

Software Expertise: Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve is mandatory.

Videography Skills: Practical experience in camera handling, shooting techniques, lighting setup, and composition will be an added advantage.

Creative Skills: Excellent storytelling ability, creative thinking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, exporting techniques, and social media video specifications.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, innovative, and growth-focused creative team.

Preferred Candidate: Male candidates are preferred for this position.
